Founded in 2006, RF TEXTILES has developed many new products since inception. All products are "Made in U.S.A." from unique 100% cotton fabrics from all over the world. RF TEXTILES is dedicated to providing textile products, including but not limited to, Table Linens, Women's Apparel, Quilting and Home Decor Fabrics by the piece or yard, Women's Laptop Bags and many patterns and kits.
About The CEO
Fran Rogers has been involved with design, textiles and artistic endeavors for over 30 years, whether it was in the construction industry (blueprint design background), purchasing (buying fabrics all over the world) and marketing. She speaks 4 languages and enjoys the diversity of many cultures. She enjoys speaking and teaching at Quilting and Sewing Shows around the country. Her travelling to shows exposes her and her products to all sorts of conditions both seasonal and cultural. Watch for new products from her talented, always working, creative mind.
HISTORY
In 2006, RF TEXTILES opened its doors online and at shows around the country. With a grand plan to provide gifts from Asia, at reasonable prices to Museum and Gift Stores, the shrinking economy caused RF TEXTILES to change it's original name and concentrate on fabrics and products that can be manufactured from them. After the first year, the new direction towards women's apparel changed the mechanics of the company. No longer were we importing product, but now we are manufacturing the products right here in the United States from imported fabrics. At Quilting and Sewing expos, the larger and plus size woman seemed to encompass the majority of the attendees. The founder had a vision to provide beautiful apparel for these customers, at a reasonable price, with an easy-care product. We continue to expound on those ideas and new designs for all sizes. Custom orders are welcome.
RETURN POLICY
We have an easy return policy. There are two types of returns:
1) Return Authorization - this type of return is only accepted within the first 7 days of the original purchase. The product must be in it's original shape and returned to the company, prior to a credit issued to the customer. The customer must call the company for a Return Authorization number prior to sending it back and include the email or RA document with the package. If the product is custom made, then the second type of return is enforced.
2) No Return Policy - if an item has been custom made for you, there are no returns. Also, if fabric has been cut from a bolt, then there is no return of that item.
